Vino is growing to be the favorite Italian restaurant on Maui. Serving uncomplicated traditional Italian fare served as tapas or as full entrees makes for a great place for friends to dine. Add to that the most extensive wine collection on Maui put together by master sommelier Chuck Furuya and you have something really special!

Vino's likes to offer a tapas style dining experience with small plates that lend themselves to being shared. This also offers an opportunity to make many pairings with some of Vino's amazing list of wines as you sample a wide variety of food.

Appetizers:

Osso Buco miniature sized veal served with a red wine and veal reduction with mashed potatoes

Home Made Ravioli stuffed with fennel sausage and ricotta served in a traditional marinara sauceHand Made Gnocchi in a brown butter sauce with snap peas, pumpkin puree and roasted mushrooms

Seafood Ravioli served in a cioppino jus featuring pan seared fresh seafood

Eggplant Napolean heart of artichoke, mushrooms, eggplant and Kalamata tapenade bedded on chipotle pepper, sun dried tomato puree

Grilled Salmon with seasonal vegetables, tomato coulis and a dill creme fraiche

Soups and Salads:

Nalo Green Italian Salad asparagus, salami, tomato, Maui onions, olives and cheese bedded on fresh local greens in a lemon herbed vinaigrette

Classic Caesar salad prepared with local Kula baby romaine

Cheese and Salumi Platter selection of three fantastic cheeses served with the most recent choice of traditional salumi with roma tomato cured in olive oil

Desserts:

Panna Cotta with Hawaiian Vanilla Bean served with seasonal fruits and a mango sorbet

Chocolate Decadence Chocolate Cake with chocolate sorbet and seasonal fresh fruits
