Frogs are amphibians. Only half their life is spent in the water. Boss Frog knows about the land stuff too. He knows all about the luaus - at least those that will not serve frog legs. He knows about all of the tourist activities because he gets to do them all for free (he's the most popular frog on the island). Against his better judgment, he even tried flying. This just isn't natural for a normal frog but Boss did it and loved it. So while you're visiting, take The Frog's advice and try some fun stuff on land and in the air. This page lists some of the activities on land and in the air that are available to you. These are activities that you will usually need to reserve and buy tickets for. And guess what... The Frog books nearly every activity on the island. Got question? Contact The Frog! And check Internet Specials to see if there are any special deals going on now.

| On land, you can try one of many luaus on the island. Luaus are Hawaiian Feasts and you're invited! Watch fire and knife dancers, learn the significance of the Hula and taste the island flavors. The food is always delicious and the bar is always open (be sure to have a designated driver). How do you choose which luau is best for you? Think about whether you want a big show or a more traditional show. It's also wise to choose one close to where you are staying. Then ask The Frog to point you to the best luau for you. There is no way you will be disappointed with any of them.
Looking for something a little more thrilling? Try biking down the volcano. If 38 miles on a bicycle sounds like a little too much, it may help you to know that's it's about 99% downhill. From the 10,000 foot summit to sea level is really downhill. There are many packages available from different companies. Some start after watching the spectacular sunrise (you'll have to get up pretty early for this one), while other trips begin later in the morning. You may choose to go it alone or stay with a group. You may want to be picked up at your hotel or just meet at the bottom to be driven up in a van. There are also different eating arrangements. Choose what's right for you. The trip down will include a wider variety of sights than you might imagine. From the Haleakala Visitor Center at the summit thru geological scenery, past flower farms, restaurants, and ranches, this is quite a journey. Maui is also home of the largest tropical aquarium in the Western Hemisphere. Stop in the nearest Boss Frog's Dive Shop for a coupon that will entitle you to a free gift with your Maui Ocean Center admission. Many guided tours are available on the island in buses, vans, or even in your own rental car. Or, if you prefer, guided hikes to some of the more secluded spots of Maui. How about horseback riding? There are operators from Hana to the West Maui Mountains to offer you strikingly different rides on this strikingly diverse island. Of course there are golf courses all over the island with spectacular views. Unique cave tours let you explore lava tubes. Cultural exhibits, museums and even magic shows are also here for your entertainment. As you can see, there is no shortage of things to do here in paradise. The only limitation is time and money. Let The Frog help you choose the activities that fit your interests, budget and time constraints by stopping by the nearest Boss Frog's Dive Shop and getting some sound advice.
