Gerard´s is named for head chef Gerard Reversade. Born in Gascony, he comes from a long line of French culinary artists and it shows. His use of the freshest local ingredients incorporated with hearty european sauces makes for an great evening of fine food at this Maui Restaurant.

Fresh Ahi Tartare served with local taro chips
Goose Rillettes scented with sage, large pommes frites
Sauteed Shrimp over pasta with hazelnut oil and truffle butter

Caramelized Pork Tenderloin with coriander mushrooms, banana rhubarb compote and a coconut curry sauce
Mint Crusted Rack of Lamb with roasted garlic, olive stuffed local tomato and potatoes au gratin

Creme Brulee crusted with carmelized raw Hawaiian sugar
Dusty Road chocolate and coffee ice cream in chocolate and butterscotch sauces
