Tucked away on the mountain side of Lower Honoapiilani, China Boat is the premeir West Maui restaurant for Chinese cuisine. They feature a large menu, with a variety of fish, poultry, beef, pork and vegetarian dishes. Feel free to sample new dishes off the menu, I have not found one I did not love.
