Snorkel Info:

Ahihi Kinau Reserve is a great snorkeling spot for all levels of experience. The cove is well protected and the currents are not generally strong. You can put in from just about anywhere you feel comfortable. You will see a wide range of fish and sea life here and it is not uncommon to encounter turtles. If you head out along the right hand side of the bay, as you get out to the rock point, turtles are often found here.

Beach Info:

Mostly rocky beach with a little bit of sandy areas. Great snorkeling and good hiking is all around. There are no facilities here.

How to Get Here:

Heading south on South Kihei Rd, take a right at Alanui. Follow this South to Makena Rd, take a left on South Makena Rd. Start looking for Ahihi Kinau signs and Ahihi Bay will be easy to find after parking.
